If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from Punkt., you are entitled to withdraw from the contract within 30 days from receipt of the shipment, return the purchased product and receive a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

This period of 30 days commences from the day after receipt of the purchased goods (reliance will be made upon the delivery date stated by the courier).

If you are returning a product because you have changed your mind, the cost of shipping the product back to Punkt. is your responsibility. Where applicable, the standard delivery cost originally paid for your order will be refunded.

• Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email.

• Select the order you wish to return.

• Click the “Return” button.
